Abstract
This Final Graduation Project was developed with the purpose of creating a functional and structured induction manual for the administrative area of the company Recargas Virtuales S.A. de C.V., with the main objective of facilitating the integration process of newly hired staff and ensuring they receive essential information from their first day on the job. The manual was created in response to the identified need to professionalize and standardize the induction process in this area, improving the onboarding experience and strengthening organizational culture from the beginning of the employment relationship. The project adopted a quantitative approach, using a descriptive method and a case study design. A census survey was conducted with all 22 administrative staff members, as the sample included the entire accessible and representative population. The aim was to diagnose the current state of the induction process within the company and to identify gaps, weaknesses, or opportunities for improvement that would support the creation of a relevant and contextspecific document. The results revealed a clear reality: most employees had not received a formal induction upon joining the company. The diagnosis showed that there were no standardized protocol or orientation materials to help new staff understand the company’s structure, culture, internal policies, norms, or employee benefits. In many cases, new hires were neither introduced to the team nor given a tour of the facilities. This situation created uncertainty, demotivation, and lack of clarity during the initial weeks of work, directly affecting adaptation, early performance, and sense of belonging
