dc.description.abstract	La ley marco. de protección social sin duda alguna fue objeto de múltiples debates y sobre todo de críticas en especial en especial del colegio médico De Honduras que criticó fuertemente la ya extinta ley por el hecho según ellos de que esta tenía tintes de privatización del sector salud incluso llegando a ejercer presión por la vía de la protesta violenta dónde taparon caminos, quemaron llantas y otras actividades que llegaron a parar a parar El País de una manera muy pocas veces antes vistas. En ese sentido la ley a pesar de que a nuestro criterio tenía un buen fondo debido a que trataba de ser más inclusiva llegando a tomar en cuenta sectores de la población que no tenían ni soñaban con Seguridad Social como ser el sector informal u otros debido a que en nuestro país únicamente las personas que trabajan en el sector formal gozan del privilegio detener Seguridad Social, cosa que en otros países es más inclusivo, así como también mencionaba situaciones como la de la reserva laboral. La reserva laboral era un porcentaje que la empresa tenía que depositar en el RAP en función de asegurar ese porcentaje del pasivo laboral mucho antes de la ruptura de la relación laboral de la relación laboral por lo cual por lo cual según también algunos entendidos según también algunos entendidos le hacía ruido en vista	es_ES
