| dc.description.abstract | Realizar una investigación económica en el municipio del Distrito Central, con un enfoque especial en el comercio informal que se lleva a cabo en los diferentes mercados de la zona y analizar cómo la falta de un control tributario afecta en las finanzas públicas del Gobierno Central. En el municipio del Distrito Central situado en el departamento de Francisco Morazán, se encuentran diferentes mercados localizados en las ciudades de Tegucigalpa y Comayagüela donde se enfrentan prácticas ilegales o fraudulentas mediante las cuales los comerciantes operan fuera de los canales legales y evitan el pago de impuestos correspondientes. Con el objetivo de comprender mejor la situación de los comerciantes, se propone evaluar el sistema tributario, analizando soluciones efectivas para aumentar la recaudación fiscal de la zona y a la vez, mejorar la calidad de vida de los comerciantes de una forma legal y transparente. También se examinan las consecuencias de la evasión fiscal en el desarrollo económico del Distrito Central a través de la recopilación y análisis de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, ya que esta práctica priva a los gobiernos de ingresos necesarios para financiar servicios públicos y programas sociales. Además, crea desigualdades económicas y distorsiona la competencia leal entre los diferentes actores del mercado. Los resultados de este proyecto muestran un panorama de la situación económica del Distrito central, además sirve de base para la formulación de recomendaciones y soluciones viables que mejoren el sistema tributario del país, el plan de arbitrios del gobierno local y la legalidad del comercio en los diferentes mercados de la región. | |
| dc.description.abstract | It is proposed to carry out an economic investigation in the municipality of the Central District, with a special focus on the informal trade that takes place in the different markets in the area and how the lack of tax control affects the public finances of the Central Government. The municipality of the Central District located in the department of Francisco Morazán, there are different markets located in the cities of Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela where illegal or fraudulent practices are faced by which merchants operate outside legal channels and avoid paying the corresponding taxes. With the aim of better understanding the situation of merchants, it is proposed to evaluate the tax system, analyzing effective solutions to increase tax collection in the area and, at the same time, improve the quality of life of merchants in a legal and transparent way. It also proposes to examine the consequences of tax evasion on the economic development of the city, through the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, since this activity deprives governments of the income necessary to finance public services and social programs. Furthermore, it creates economic inequalities and distorts fair competition between different market actors. The results of this project will show a clear picture of the economic situation of the Central District, but will also serve as a basis for the formulation of recommendations and viable solutions that improve the country’s tax system, the local government tax plan and the legality of the trade in the different markets of the region. | |
