These have been moments of uncertainty, concern and wonder in which, as a society, we have come to question the fragility of our health and social protection systems, as well as the capacity of states to respond to all fronts of this emergency: the social, economic and health.en-US
dc.descriptionTras varias semanas de confinamiento en prácticamente todo el planeta, hemos observado cómo los líderes mundiales han propuesto y contrapropuesto un conjunto de medidas encaminadas a contener y revertir la crisis que ha provocado la propagación de la COVID-19. Han sido momentos vividos con incertidumbre, preocupación y asombro en los que, como sociedad, hemos llegado a cuestionar la fragilidad de nuestros sistemas de salud y de protección social, así como la capacidad de respuesta de los estados a todos los frentes de esta emergencia: el social, el económico y el sanitario.es-ES
