dc.description.abstractEste estudio se centra en la evaluaci�n de la factibilidad de crear y operar una empresa de servicios Courier en Honduras, con un enfoque en la importaci�n de productos desde Estados Unidos. El objetivo es analizar la demanda del mercado, identificar desaf�os log�sticos y evaluar los costos asociados. Se utilizar� un enfoque de investigaci�n mixto que incluye la recopilaci�n de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos a trav�s de encuestas, entrevistas y an�lisis documental. La poblaci�n objetivo se compone de individuos y empresas en Honduras. Tambi�n, se determinar� la demanda y las preferencias del mercado hondure�o para servicios Courier desde Estados Unidos, identificando oportunidades de posicionamiento efectivo, se identificar�n y abordar�n los desaf�os log�sticos al importar desde Estados Unidos a Honduras, optimizando las operaciones y la satisfacci�n del cliente y se analizar�n los costos iniciales y operativos para la empresa Courier, con el objetivo de lograr un equilibrio financiero y la generaci�n de ingresos sostenibles. El estudio proporcionar� informaci�n clave sobre la viabilidad del proyecto, ofreciendo una visi�n clara de la demanda del mercado, soluciones para desaf�os log�sticos y un an�lisis financiero s�lido. Tambien, se espera que las conclusiones del estudio orienten la toma de decisiones, proporcionando recomendaciones para la implementaci�n gradual del proyecto, la adaptaci�n a din�micas de mercado y la mejora continua de operaciones. En resumen, este estudio busca proporcionar una base integral para la toma de decisiones informada, delineando los pasos hacia la creaci�n y operaci�n exitosa de una empresa Courier en Honduras, contribuyendo al desarrollo econ�mico y satisfaciendo las necesidades del mercado local.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study focuses on assessing the feasibility of creating and operating a courier service company in Honduras, with a focus on importing products from the United States. The objective is to analyze market demand, identify logistical challenges, and evaluate associated costs. A mixed research approach will be used that includes quantitative and qualitative data collection through surveys, interviews and documentary analysis. The target population consists of individuals and companies in Honduras. Also, the demand and preferences of the Honduran market for Courier services from the United States will be determined, identifying opportunities for effective positioning, the logistical challenges of importing from the United States to Honduras will be identified and addressed, optimizing operations and customer satisfaction, and the initial and operating costs for the Courier company will be analyzed, with the objective of achieving financial equilibrium and sustainable revenue generation. It is anticipated that the study will provide key information on the feasibility of the project, offering a clear view of market demand, solutions to logistical challenges and sound financial analysis. The study's findings are also expected to guide decision making, providing recommendations for gradual project implementation, adaptation to market dynamics and continuous improvement of operations. In summary, this study seeks to provide a comprehensive basis for informed decision making, outlining the steps towards the creation and successful operation of a courier company in Honduras, contributing to economic development and meeting the needs of the local market.es_ES
