dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación se analizarán los componentes esenciales de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y de propondrán el establecimiento de políticas y objetivos claros, la identificación y seguimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas. Se explorarán los principales beneficios de implementar un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en una red de suministros. Además, se examinará cómo este enfoque fomenta una mayor colaboración con proveedores, reduce costos y riesgos, y mejora de la marca.es_ES
