dc.description.abstractEste estudio se realizó basándose en una investigación desarrollada a partir de octubre de 2022 con el propósito de mostrar la importancia de los Tribunales Marítimos en Honduras. De aquí nace la implementación de un órgano jurídico especializada en la materia, para la protección de todos los derechos jurídicos de la gente de mar de Honduras. Se muestra que un sistema jurídico especializado es factible para contribuir a reducir el impacto de violaciones a los derechos legales de la gente de mar que por muchos años han sido afectados.es_ES

From here comes the implementation of a legal body specialized in the matter, for the protection of all the legal rights of the Honduran seafarers.
